Commit at least one or two fixed weekdays for a minimum of two months. Full teaching days are preferred.
Teach English with RUBIK in Phú Thọ for one or two stable weekdays each week. Bring the energy to move a large group—and the skill to help every child speak naturally.
01 · THE OPPORTUNITY
RUBIK is building a reliable network for partner schools in Phú Thọ. We value consistency, stamina and the ability to create genuine speaking—not a performance at the front of the room.
Commit at least one or two fixed weekdays for a minimum of two months. Full teaching days are preferred.
You can handle an early start, a long road journey and a full day with steady energy. Transport support is coordinated by RUBIK.
You can transform a large group into an advantage—using movement, sound, roles and clear prompts so children want to speak.
That is a strong advantage. Once it is verified for the proposed teaching arrangement, your file follows a much simpler route—and RUBIK charges no candidate-side application or processing fee for this verification path.
Even better. You avoid the long commute, protect your time and energy, earn additional income on your free days, and create meaningful value for local students.
School timetables are grouped to make the journey worthwhile.
Up to two teaching hours within the school’s morning window.
Up to two teaching hours within the school’s afternoon window.
A stable weekly schedule for at least two months; full days preferred.
Breaks and travel are not teaching hours. A typical trip is planned around 3–4 teaching hours.
Your role match depends on qualifications, language level and classroom responsibility.
B2 English with C1-level speaking · 250–300k / teaching hour
Assessed at the non-native teacher level · 350–450k / teaching hour
C1 English plus an international teaching qualification · 350–450k / teaching hour
US, UK, Australia, Canada or New Zealand; international teaching qualification · 500–600k / teaching hour
Confident English and strong group support; teaching qualification not required · 150k / teaching hour
Current recruiting focus: applicants typically aged 35 or under. Rates are role bands and are confirmed after screening. Performance review normally follows after 4–4.5 months; exceptional performance may be reviewed earlier.

Reliability protects teachers, schools and students.
RUBIK coordinates supported return travel from agreed meeting points. Teachers already based in Phú Thọ avoid the long commute, retain more energy for students and are strongly encouraged to apply.
If a school-side change occurs after you board transport or arrive, the agreed protection applies. If notice comes before departure, no teaching hours are recorded.
Give at least one week’s notice. A maximum of two cancellations per semester keeps the programme dependable.
A valid, verifiable WP/TRC is a major advantage: the document route is much simpler and RUBIK charges no candidate-side processing fee for verification. Without one, candidates follow the legalisation pathway and prepare their prerequisite documents.

Yes. This opportunity is designed for people who can protect one or two stable weekdays while keeping their main role. Reliability matters more than having an empty week.
Reserve at least one or two fixed weekdays each week for a minimum of two months. A full teaching day is preferred because each journey is normally planned around 3–4 teaching hours.
No. You may travel from Hà Nội or another agreed location using RUBIK’s coordinated transport support. Applicants already living in Phú Thọ are especially welcome.

The morning school window is 07:30–10:30 and the afternoon window is 14:00–15:50. Each window may contain up to two teaching hours; the final timetable depends on the partner school.

No. A teaching qualification is welcome but not required. We look for confident spoken English, dependable teamwork, strong energy and the ability to support students safely in a large group.
Be concrete. In 4–6 minutes, introduce yourself, identify the age group you teach, demonstrate one technique that makes children speak naturally, explain your professional code, and confirm your weekly availability. A strong real-class clip may be accepted instead.
Possibly. A recent clip that clearly shows your voice, classroom interaction, student participation and teaching decisions may be accepted after review. RUBIK may still request a short follow-up introduction.
It means creating a reason to speak: roles, missions, movement, rhythm, meaningful repetition and a safe atmosphere. We look for participation across the group—not only answers from the most confident students.
Some programmes may involve large groups and experience-based activities inside the school campus. Teachers must turn group size into participation through clear signals, movement, roles, sound and safe organisation.
Be punctual, prepared, respectful and child-safe. Follow the agreed lesson purpose, communicate early about risks, protect student dignity and never use pressure, humiliation or inappropriate physical contact.
Yes—a significant one. If the work permit and related status can be verified for the proposed teaching arrangement, your file follows the simpler verification route. RUBIK does not charge candidates an application or processing fee for this route.
Foreign applicants may follow one of two paths: verify an existing valid WP/TRC with the current sponsor, or prepare legalised prerequisite documents for a new application. RUBIK covers the work-permit application fee after the dossier is valid.
You do not lose time and energy on a long return journey. That makes it easier to keep a stable timetable, earn additional income on your free days and bring your best energy to students in your own community.
Yes, if you have a realistic arrival plan and can prepare the required legalised documents. Candidates already holding a valid WP/TRC or living in Phú Thọ may move through verification more quickly.
School-side changes are handled according to when notice is received and whether the teacher has already begun the journey. Teachers should give at least one week’s notice and limit cancellations to two per semester.
RUBIK verifies documents, confirms your role and rate band, aligns a stable timetable, provides programme training and completes school-placement requirements before your first teaching day.
